In this week’s podcast, we bring Abrahm Lustgarten back to share more of his reporting on the BP/Gulf oil spill. I spoke with Lustgarten about his latest report on what the EPA can do to sanction BP for its past misconduct. Lustgarten explains how the EPA could ban BP from doing business with the U.S. government, how much the company could lose if that happens, and why national security is a factor in any decision the EPA makes.
