A recent survey found that 90 percent of colleges offer academic credit for internships. Policies for credit vary widely across colleges, and even amongst departments in the same school. But what if a central database existed that let intern coordinators describe their policies, explain the decisions that got them there and compare notes with colleagues?
That's what we want to build, as part of our ongoing series on internships. To do so, we're relying on internship coordinators to serve as primary sources and tell us about their programs. Our survey only takes about 15 minutes. To help shine light on this murky world, tell us about your program by filling out the survey below.
We'll publish your answers and your first name. Your last name and email address will remain confidential.
Thanks! If you have questions, please email [email protected] with the subject line ProPublica Internships Project.
