Charles Ornstein was on KQED Forum last week to discuss ProPublica’s latest investigation on the millions drug and device makers spend on medical conference advertising.
Ornstein and fellow senior reporter Tracy Weber have been writing on the financial ties between the medical community and the drug and device industry for over a year in their Dollars for Doc series. Listen to the full interview below. And you can also read Ornstein's follow-up piece on how some doctors reject claims of bias from industry money.
