Specifically, false claims have been made suggesting that she authored a 2015 article for Thought Catalog headlined “Yes, Diversity Is About Getting Rid of White People (And That's a Good Thing).” As a result, Goldstein has been the target of online threats and harassment.

We want to take this opportunity to clarify the situation and ensure that everyone has accurate information.

Goldstein is not the author of this essay. Goldstein has never been employed by or contributed work to Thought Catalog. We do not know who authored the original essay. Thought Catalog allows pseudonyms and anonymous submissions and has since deleted this article.

Unfortunately, numerous individuals on social media have propagated incorrect information about Goldstein’s involvement and used her photo to imply she was the author. These claims are completely unfounded and appear to be part of a malicious attempt to discredit her.

Goldstein has our full support. We are taking appropriate steps to address this disinformation and attacks, including contacting relevant platforms to request corrections and removals where necessary.
