The Department of Defense has released its Manual for Military Commissions, 281 pages that detail the latest rules and procedures for military trials at Guantanamo Bay. ProPublica provides access to the manual.

As a fewfolks have noticed, the Department of Defense on Tuesday released its Manual for Military Commissions, a 281-page tome that details the latest rules and procedures for military trials at Guantanamo Bay.

Those rules should come in handy today at pre-trial hearings at Gitmo for Omar Khadr. Khadr, a Canadian, was captured in Afghanistan as a teenager and is now facing murder and terrorism charges before a military commission.
