This map shows the high-cost lenders crowding near Fort Benning in Columbus, Ga. The red flags show the seven installment lenders, and the blue flags show three title lenders. (Payday lending is illegal in Georgia.) The furthest lender is about a mile and a half from the base’s entrance. To see more information about each lender, click on its flag.
