Guests Joaquin Sapien and Sabrina Shankman talk about their latest report "Drilling Wastewater Disposal Options in N.Y. Report Have Problems of Their Own." The pair explain what hydraulic fracturing is and why it's become so prevalent today, why New York State is having problems disposing of the water used in the process, how they pulled the story together, what the water treatment plants are doing to handle the wastewater and why this is an important issue today.
